Northstar connects crm, automation, and analytics to the wider customer journey. Route, confirm, organize, schedule, and measure qualified inquiries without losing the context that created them.

FOUNDER-LED / GROWTH SYSTEMS / UNITED STATES

Customer problem / 01

A visible lead path from meaningful website action through response, scheduling, follow-up, and reporting.

Strong interest loses value when form delivery is unreliable, ownership is unclear, confirmation is delayed, scheduling is difficult, or reporting stops at a pageview.

Problem → Outcome

Northstar approach / 02

Start with the decision the customer needs to make.

  1. Define the meaningful conversion actions and the minimum information needed to respond.
  2. Configure HubSpot properties, lead routing, pipeline visibility, confirmation, and appropriate follow-up.
  3. Connect scheduling and attribution without sending personal form content into analytics.
  4. Build reporting around qualified inquiries, bookings, source context, cost, and customer value where available.

Potential deliverables

  • HubSpot setup and contact-property mapping
  • Lead routing and pipeline visibility
  • Transactional confirmation emails
  • Follow-up and appointment automation
  • Calendly scheduling integration
  • GA4, Search Console, and Microsoft Clarity configuration
  • Conversion tracking, attribution, and monthly reporting
  • Privacy-conscious event and consent configuration

Strategy → Execution

Frequently asked / 05

Questions about CRM, Automation, and Analytics.

Which CRM does Northstar use?

HubSpot is the production CRM for the initial Northstar system, implemented behind a provider boundary so the lead flow can be tested and maintained.

Will form answers be sent to analytics?

No. Analytics events may include page, CTA, service, article, referrer, and campaign context, but not names, email addresses, messages, submitted website URLs, or calculator values.

Can scheduling work without an embedded calendar?

Yes. A standard external scheduling link is provided as a fallback, and Northstar can follow up directly when Calendly is not configured.
