Accessibility Statement
Northstar SEO is committed to making its website and service information usable by people with disabilities.

Our technical target
Northstar uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as its technical accessibility target. This is an ongoing standard for design, development, content, and testing; it is not a claim of certification or perfect accessibility.
How accessibility is considered
Northstar works to support keyboard operation, visible focus, meaningful headings and landmarks, labeled forms, useful status messages, sufficient contrast, reduced-motion preferences, responsive text and layouts, and descriptive alternatives for meaningful visual content. Automated checks are part of the review process, and manual assistive-technology and real-device review continues because no automated tool can confirm every accessibility need.
Third-party services
Some optional experiences may be provided by third parties and may not offer the same level of control as Northstar-managed content. When an optional scheduling experience is unavailable or difficult to use, visitors can request the same next step by email instead.
Report a barrier or request an alternative
To report an accessibility barrier or request information in a different format, email info@northstarseo.org. If comfortable, include the page or task involved, what happened, and the browser or assistive technology used. Do not include passwords, access links, questionnaire answers, or other sensitive information.
What happens after a report
Northstar will review the report, investigate the Northstar-controlled experience, and communicate a practical next step. If a barrier cannot be corrected immediately, Northstar will work to provide an accessible alternative for the requested information or service when reasonably possible. No specific response or remediation time is promised.
