By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. Northstar SEO is an independent founder-led business operated by Brandon Rairden. No LLC, corporation, or other formal entity designation is implied.

Informational website

Website and article content is general business information, not legal, financial, accounting, or other regulated professional advice. Examples explain mechanisms and are not represented as Northstar SEO client case studies.

No guaranteed outcomes

Northstar SEO does not guarantee rankings, first-page placement, revenue, lead volume, conversion increases, return on ad spend, platform approval, or a particular result timeline. Outcomes vary with the offer, market, competition, investment, platform changes, sales process, response speed, and execution.

Inquiries and discovery

A Revenue Roadmap request and a focused 30-minute Growth Diagnostic are free and carry no obligation. A complete written audit is not included. Northstar may decline a request, ask for clarification, or decide that a conversation is not the right next step.

An email, scheduling request, consultation, or proposal request does not create a client relationship, accept an offer, authorize a payment or recurring charge, finalize scope or pricing, or require either party to enter an engagement.

Project Questionnaire and secure links

If Northstar activates and provides a secure Project Questionnaire, it may be used to prepare for a conversation and evaluate potential scope. Answers should be accurate to the best of the submitter's knowledge, and access links should not be forwarded. Northstar may expire, revoke, or rotate a link to protect the intake.

This capability is not active for the initial public launch. Do not send passwords, payment details, authentication codes, identity documents, or regulated health, financial, identity, or legal information through ordinary email or scheduling services.

Commercial services and separate agreement

A paid project begins only after authorized parties enter a separate written proposal or service agreement and any payment required by that agreement is received. That separate agreement, not these website Terms of Use, governs scope, responsibilities, payment, cancellation, ownership or licensing, support, warranties, and other engagement terms.

Online checkout, automatic agreement acceptance, stored payment authorization, and recurring billing are disabled for the initial public launch. Public starting prices and a visitor's selected investment range are not final quotes.

Northstar Launch Plan

The public Launch Plan price is $499 setup + $50/month. 12-month initial service term. First-year total: $1,099. Focused scope: up to 3 essential pages. Required Powered by Northstar SEO footer credit while enrolled.

The monthly amount covers the hosting and routine care described on the service page, including up to 30 minutes of minor content updates. Unused edit time does not accumulate unless a signed agreement says otherwise. Hosting, code transfer, branding removal, cancellation, and post-term options are governed only by the signed service agreement.

A client retains its domain, business identity, supplied content, and supplied assets. Displaying the Launch Plan does not make it available for online purchase or automatic acceptance.

Partner and outbound programs

Partner, affiliate, referral, and cold-caller applications are not active for the initial public launch. No visitor is authorized to represent Northstar, conduct outreach on its behalf, promise results, quote final terms, bind Northstar, or collect payment. Outbound commercial marketing is also disabled under this launch mode.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or malicious material, probe security controls without permission, burden the service with abusive automation, or use another person's questionnaire link or session.

Intellectual property

Website copy, layout, graphics, and original materials are protected to the extent permitted by applicable law. These terms do not claim that the Northstar Growth System is a scientifically proven or registered methodology.

Third-party services and links

The website may link to or rely on third-party hosting, email, scheduling, database, security, or other services. Northstar SEO does not control their availability, security, independent terms, or approval decisions. Following an external link is your choice.

Availability and responsibility

The website is provided on an as-available basis. Northstar does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability or that the site will suit every business purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes and contact
