Who operates this website

Northstar SEO is an independent founder-led business operated by Brandon Rairden. This policy applies to information handled through northstarseo.org and Northstar-controlled website experiences.

Information Northstar handles

When you email Northstar, the message may include your name, email address, business details, website address, goals, and any other information you choose to send. Please do not send passwords, payment details, access links, identity documents, or regulated or highly sensitive information.

The public Revenue Roadmap form is not active. The page provides an email contact path instead and does not submit form data to a Northstar application service.

Project Questionnaire intake and intake recovery are not active for the initial public launch. Those routes do not accept or store visitor information.

Vercel and ordinary internet infrastructure may process request information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested page, timestamps, and security signals needed to deliver and protect the website.

How information is used

• Respond to questions and requests.
• Review business context and decide whether a conversation or proposal may be useful.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
• Prevent spam, abuse, duplicate delivery, and misuse.

A request does not subscribe you to a newsletter or commercial marketing list. Partner recruitment and outbound commercial marketing are not active for the initial public launch.

Service providers and sharing

Northstar uses Vercel to host, deliver, and protect the website and an email provider to operate the monitored public mailbox. Information is shared with providers only as needed to operate the requested function, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

If you choose an external scheduling link, the scheduling provider receives the information you submit directly to it.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Northstar does not activate nonessential cookies, optional analytics, advertising pixels, session replay, browser CRM tracking, Vercel Web Analytics, or Speed Insights for the minimum public launch. If a nonessential technology is activated later, the related notice and consent behavior must be updated first.

Retention

Northstar keeps email and other activated request records only as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate potential work, maintain appropriate business records, secure the service, and meet applicable obligations. Provider backups and security logs may follow different deletion schedules. Northstar does not promise a fixed retention period that has not been configured and verified.

Your choices and requests

You may ask Northstar to review, correct, or delete information associated with your request. Northstar may need to verify the request and may retain information where reasonably necessary or required. This statement does not create a right that does not apply in your jurisdiction.

Send a privacy request to info@northstarseo.org. You can also use that address to report a suspected security issue involving this website. Do not include passwords, secure links, or sensitive records in the message.

Security and policy changes

Northstar uses reasonable safeguards intended to reduce risk, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. This policy may change when website behavior, providers, or operating practices change. The effective date will be updated when a revised policy is published.
